Consulting Packages

All consulting packages will last through the commitment process until the athlete starts their college career.

Player Advising

The process of finding a college can be very difficult. There are so many different ways that players can be seen, and we want to make sure that you are spending your time in the most productive way. We help find the best path for each individual based on skill set and what you have or haven’t already accomplished in the process. We will then consult you on schools that are in your interest and talk you through all your possible options.

Standard Consulting

In addition to discussing which school will be a good fit, we will also reach out and be in contact with universities on your behalf. Using our connections in the college baseball world, we have quick access to coaches all around the country. One of the biggest challenges in the recruiting process is being seen and heard. Using our name and brand, the players name will not get lost in the crowd. This will allow for the player to do what they do best and focus their time and energy to improving their skills while MBC handles the recruiting side of business.

The MBC Team

Chase Maddux

Chase Maddux was born in Atlanta, Georgia but has called Las Vegas home his entire life. He grew up at the baseball field, watching and learning from his dad, HOF pitcher Greg Maddux. He learned the game of baseball by sitting on the foul line during the Cubs and Padres spring training practices and learned to pitch throwing bullpens with major league pitching coaches at just 7 years old.

Chase attended Bishop Gorman High School before playing for 6 seasons at UNLV as a pitcher. He had a 2.59 era before COVID ended his season early. An elbow injury ended his career after just 3 starts the following year. He graduated with a bachelor’s in hospitality management and then earned a master’s degree in Urban Leadership.

After playing at UNLV, he joined the staff and worked as a graduate assistant with a focus on analytics and the pitching staff. After being in college baseball for 8 years he experienced both sides of being a player and being a coach, making connections around the country during his time at UNLV.

Growing up in the baseball world in Las Vegas, he knows what it’s like trying to find a home at the next level and the challenges it presents. He and his wife are very excited about what the future of this company holds and can’t wait to start helping players reach their full potential.
